1. Customers are required to submit the wedding invitation information at least 2 months before the expected delivery date. As the drafting process takes time, VOW HOUSE will arrange the drafting in the order of customer responses. The initial draft will be submitted within 7 working days after receiving the drafting information. Customers must finalize and confirm the printing within 4 weeks after receiving the initial draft. If customers need more time for finalization, please provide the necessary information at least 3 months in advance. (For example, if the delivery date is May 1st, customers must provide the required information to VOW HOUSE by March 1st for drafting arrangement). 2. VOW HOUSE will submit the initial draft within 7 working days after receiving the customer's drafting information. During the revision period, customers are allowed to make up to 3 revisions (the 4th revision will be considered final). Customers can make changes to the font or text layout, but the style cannot be modified. Due to the time required for revisions, VOW HOUSE will prioritize revisions based on the order of customer responses. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. After the initial draft review, one style design change is allowed. However, any request for style change or modification after the initial draft or once the designer has started the drafting process will incur a $500 design revision fee. 3. After confirming the content of the wedding invitation, please contact VOW HOUSE to confirm the final printing quantity and the remaining payment information. The printing process will only begin after the remaining payment has been received. (Due to the busy season, with numerous inquiries, it may not be possible to remind customers about the printing confirmation process at all times. If you have any doubts about the progress, please feel free to contact VOW HOUSE for inquiries.) 4. The basic printing process is expected to take 3-4 weeks (excluding special materials and textures). 5. VOW HOUSE will proceed with the printing process based on the final approved draft. Any modifications or changes will incur a reprinting fee.

After the goods are ready for delivery, VOW HOUSE will arrange SF Express to deliver to the designated address provided by the customer, and please note that the shipping fee may vary depending on the materials and items ordered. 2. Under no circumstances will VOW HOUSE be responsible for any reprints. Please ensure that all information is accurate before confirming the printing process. The following descriptions are considered normal phenomena, and no refunds will be provided for the following reasons. We appreciate your understanding: In the case of add-on products, you understand and acknowledge that there may be a deviation of +/- 1-3mm in all processing (such as cutting, hot stamping, UV, rounded corners, etc.). Please take into account the processing deviation when designing, otherwise, it may result in the inability to return or reprint the product, or claim compensation. There may be slight color differences between the actual product and the screen display, as well as within the printed products themselves. In cases of reasonable color differences, customers should not request any reprints, discounts, or refunds on this basis. Such requests will not be accepted. We have a color management system in place to maintain color differences within reasonable levels. VOW HOUSE retains all design copyrights, and no AI PNG JPEG files or any other files will be provided for the designs. Without permission, the artwork cannot be used for any other purposes (excluding electronic wedding invitations).
